Information Technology Services - Business Developer Products and Services Industry
 
For an important SW House we are looking for a Business Developer.

The Business Developer (products and services markets) is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue - typically in low to medium risk and return sales pursuits - through prospecting, acquiring, developing and expanding business leads to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth.

He/she develops long-lasting customer relationships and gathers referrals with both new and current accounts.

The Business Developer (BD) understands what is important for various stakeholders and is able to marshal the right resources with or without direct authority.

The BD, will be focused on a portfolio of named customers and he/she will measured on Sales and Revenues target achievements

He/She is proactive and utilizes the appropriate processes depending on the situation or customer need; determines priorities, establishes a systematic course of action to ensure successful completion of sales, and allocates time and resources effectively.

The Business Developer increases profitability of a portfolio of accounts through cross-selling service lines (including Application Managed Services and/or Infrastructure Managed Services).


Qualifications

Years of Experience: Ten+ years experienced in ICT consulting companies, with main focus on products and services Industry such as consumer goods, services, and fashion.

Management Experience: 5+ years of management experience

Education: Bachelors degree in business, sales or marketing recommended; advanced degree (M.B.A. or equivalent) preferred

Other Skills/Knowledge

Solid understanding of Digital and cloud Transformations programs

Strong customer interface and presentation skills, with a customer focus attitude

Able to skillfully navigate through negotiation phases

Able to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customers business needs

Proficient Account Planning skills (utilizing the global standard account plan document)

Knowledgeable of sales pipeline management and sales and revenue quotas

Able to leverage network of inside and outside contacts to increase influence

Experience :

At least 10 years of experience , of which 5 years in Sales role

Managing at least 5 M Euro a year as target sales and/or revenues

Industry expertise in Consumer goods and Fashion

Competencies in Digital Transformation , Analytics, Crm, Cloud

Consulting skills developed in top tier consulting firms preferably at international level

Back ground on delivery management and team management

He/She should have a customer portfolio ( nice to have)
